Himbit là một công cụ phần mềm giao diện phi lưu ký (non-custodial) giúp bạn kết nối ví do chính bạn kiểm soát tới giao thức phi tập trung Hyperliquid. Himbit KHÔNG phải là sàn giao dịch, không phải tổ chức cung cấp dịch vụ tài sản ảo giữ hộ, và không vận hành thị trường.
1.Bản chất dịch vụ — công cụ, không phải sàn

Mọi giao dịch được thực thi on-chain thông qua Hyperliquid. Bạn luôn giữ toàn quyền kiểm soát khóa riêng và tài sản của mình. Himbit không thể truy cập, đóng băng, thu giữ hay hoàn trả tài sản của bạn.
2.Không phải tư vấn
Nội dung trên Himbit chỉ mang tính thông tin. Himbit không cung cấp tư vấn đầu tư, tài chính, pháp lý, kế toán hay thuế, và không khuyến nghị mua/bán bất kỳ tài sản nào. Bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm cho các quyết định của mình và nên tham vấn chuyên gia độc lập khi cần.
3.Giao thức của bên thứ ba
Hyperliquid là một giao thức phi tập trung độc lập, không do Himbit sở hữu hay vận hành. Himbit không kiểm soát và không bảo đảm tính sẵn sàng, giá, thanh khoản, việc khớp lệnh, hay bảo mật của giao thức đó. Rủi ro hợp đồng thông minh, thanh lý, trượt giá và biến động thị trường nằm ngoài khả năng kiểm soát của Himbit.
4.Không bảo đảm — cung cấp "nguyên trạng"
Dịch vụ được cung cấp trên cơ sở "nguyên trạng" (as is) và "theo khả năng sẵn có", không kèm bất kỳ bảo đảm nào. Himbit không bảo đảm dịch vụ không gián đoạn, không lỗi, hay dữ liệu hiển thị luôn chính xác.
5.Hạn chế theo khu vực & tuân thủ của người dùng
Himbit không dành cho người dùng tại các khu vực bị cấm vận hoặc bị hạn chế theo pháp luật hiện hành. Bạn có trách nhiệm tự bảo đảm rằng việc sử dụng dịch vụ là hợp pháp tại nơi bạn cư trú, và tự thực hiện mọi nghĩa vụ khai báo, thuế và pháp lý của mình.
6.Lưu ý riêng cho người dùng tại Việt Nam

Himbit is a non-custodial software interface tool that lets you connect a wallet you control to the decentralized Hyperliquid protocol. Himbit is NOT an exchange, is not a custodial virtual-asset service provider, and does not operate a marketplace.
1.Nature of the service — a tool, not an exchange

All trades are executed on-chain via Hyperliquid. You retain full control of your private keys and assets at all times. Himbit cannot access, freeze, seize or refund your assets.
2.No advice
Content on Himbit is for information only. Himbit does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and does not recommend buying or selling any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult independent professionals where appropriate.
3.Third-party protocol
Hyperliquid is an independent decentralized protocol not owned or operated by Himbit. Himbit does not control and does not guarantee its availability, prices, liquidity, execution or security. Smart-contract, liquidation, slippage and market risks are outside Himbit's control.
4.No warranty — provided "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Himbit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed data is always accurate.
5.Geographic restrictions & user compliance
Himbit is not offered to users in sanctioned or otherwise restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you reside and for meeting your own reporting, tax and legal obligations.
6.Note for users in Vietnam
In Vietnam, crypto assets are not legal tender. The legal framework for digital assets is still developing. You are responsible for complying with applicable Vietnamese law, including tax and anti-money-laundering obligations. See also our AML/KYC Policy.
